Who we are
T-APPS B.V. helps companies with discovery audits and AI implementations for customer interaction, back office, apps, platforms and data intelligence. We are responsible for the personal data that reaches us through our website, forms, customer relationships and project communication.
For privacy questions, contact us at info@t-apps.nl.
Which data we process
We process personal data when you contact us, request a quick scan, become a customer or use our website. This can include your name, email address, phone number, company name, website, message content and other information you share with us.
We may also process technical data, such as IP address, browser information, device data, visited pages and cookie preferences. For customers, we also process data needed for project communication, invoicing, administration and support.
Why we process data
We use personal data to answer requests, prepare conversations, create proposals, perform agreements, deliver projects, provide support and maintain our administration.
For necessary website functions we process data based on legitimate interest. For optional measurement or marketing cookies we ask for consent. For administration and tax retention obligations we process data because this is legally required.
Contact forms and quick scan
When you fill in a contact form or quick scan, we use your data to assess your request and contact you. Fields such as phone number, website or company are only needed when you provide them yourself or when the form explicitly requires them.
We may send a confirmation email to the email address you provided. Internal notifications are only used to route your request to the right person within T-APPS.
Cookies
We use necessary cookies to keep the website working and to remember your privacy preferences. Optional cookies for measurement, analytics or marketing are only placed after you have given consent.
For website analytics we use PostHog in cookieless mode by default without browser storage. When you accept the Measurement category, we may also use cookies or similar storage for more detailed analytics and session measurement.
You can change your choice later through the Cookie preferences link in the website footer.
Sharing with third parties
We only share personal data when this is needed for our services, operations or legal obligations. This can include hosting, email processing, form processing, analytics, consent management, accounting and professional advisers.
We make appropriate agreements with parties that process personal data on our behalf about security, confidentiality and retention periods.
Processing outside the EEA
We try to process personal data within the European Economic Area as much as possible. When a supplier processes data outside the EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses or comparable protective measures.
Security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorized access and unwanted disclosure. Access is limited to people and suppliers who need the data for their work.
Retention periods
We do not keep personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which we received it. Contact and quick scan requests are usually kept for a maximum of 24 months, unless a customer relationship starts or we no longer need the data earlier.
Administrative data is kept for as long as the law requires, usually 7 years. Cookie data follows the retention periods that match your consent and the cookie technology used.
Applications
If you apply for a role at T-APPS, we use your data only for the application process. Without consent we do not keep application data longer than 4 weeks after the process ends. With consent we may keep data longer for future opportunities.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict processing, object to processing and request data portability. When processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Send your request to info@t-apps.nl. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity before changing or sharing data.
Complaints and data breaches
If you have a complaint about how we handle personal data, contact us first via info@t-apps.nl. You can also submit a complaint to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
When a data breach occurs, we assess the impact and report it where needed to the Dutch Data Protection Authority and affected individuals.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy when our services, website or legislation changes. The most recent version is always available on this page.
